Bill Purk

Since 1985, Bill Purk has delighted audiences with bluegrass, gospel, and classic country music. Toe-tapping tunes, light-hearted jokes, and stories are included with each charming performance. Raised by two members of the "greatest generation," Bill Purk has been pickin' and singin' since "Ike" was in office. Proficient on six instruments, Bill usually relies on his trusty Martin D-28 to help him entertain.

The Next Generation Leahy

Belying their young age, these siblings are all accomplished multi-instrumentalists whose live performances are filled with high-energy, infectious music associated with the Leahy name. However, not content to play only the music of their Celtic heritage, these musicians explore many genres of music and pull influences from far and wide. They not only sing, play the fiddle, cello, the piano, and French accordion, but also include French-Canadian step dancing into their magical mix of talents!

We're bringing a little spooky to Memorial Hall as part of the Ohio Goes to the Movies program! Join us for a showing of the seasonal classic "Hocus Pocus" along with light refreshments and information about the Ohioans who were involved in the the making of the movies.
