Virtual Arts in Education
Professional performing artists are presented annually to students in every grade of Greenville City and Darke County public schools at zero cost to students.
The costs to present these virtual programs are made possible by the following organizations, businesses and individuals allowing us to present them at no cost to students or schools:
Matt and Angie Arnold, Bach to Rock, Darke County Foundation, Mandy Green Fund of Darke County Foundation,
Edison State Community College, Wes and Patti Jetter, The Jordan Agency and Jean Louise Thieme Fund of Darke County Foundation;
The Ohio Arts Council helps fund these programs with state tax dollars to encourage economic growth, educational excellence and cultural enrichment for all Ohioans. Darke County Educational Services, DCCA membership contributions, and Arts MidWest Touring Fund also help support the A.I.E. Program. DCCA also receives funding from the Ketrow Foundation, Lydia E. Schaurer Memorial Trust Fund,
Harry D. and Esther Stephens Memorial, Inc., Coppock-Hole Trust, the John R. and Miriam H. Knick Fund of Darke County Foundation, and Greenville Rotary.
